Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax. Lagoon Lodge reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.

The owners and management of Lagoon Lodge cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment. Booking confirmation & payment: a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance of payment is due on check-in.

Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00. In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the apartment is available. Please advise us if you require early check-in or late check-outs if the apartment is available.

Cancellations: please be advised that cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival on the day will forfeit the full deposit paid. Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on check-in.  

Other terms:

The Guest will make good any damages or loss caused by himself or his party and this will be charged to the final account to be paid on departure.
